Chemical Dosing & Filtration System

Project : Design, manufacturing, supply and installation of chemical dosing system along with site electrification

CHEMICAL DOSING SKIDS – 40 nos

•Installation, erection and commissioning of CDS designed as plug and play skids at 8 sites.

•1 m3 tanks with 5 – 300 LPH dosing @ 4 kg/cm2

DEMULSIFIER DOSING SKIDS – 9 nos

•Installation, erection and commissioning of CDS designed as plug and play skids at 9 sites.

•1 m3 tanks with 0 – 10 LPH dosing @ 10 kg/cm2

FILTRATION SYSTEM SKIDS – 2 nos

•3 stage filtration to 3um with 2 trains - 1W+1S System

•Flow rate of 50m3/h3 @ 5kg/cm2
